Exponential AUM provides capital-raising diagnostics and related advisory services to private fund managers. This policy describes what information we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect. Contact and firm information you provide (name, email, fund name); payment information, which is processed by Stripe and never stored on our systems; and the materials and questionnaire responses you submit as part of an engagement, which may include fund documents, marketing materials, and information about your investors and capital-raising process.

How we use it. Solely to deliver the services you purchase and to communicate with you about them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your materials, results, or identity in marketing, case studies, or testimonials without your prior written consent. We do not share client information with any third party except the service providers described below.

Confidentiality. Materials you submit are treated as confidential. Access is limited to Exponential AUM personnel performing the engagement. Findings, scores, and reports are shared only with you.

Service providers. We use a small number of vendors to operate (payment processing, file storage, form collection, email, and CRM). They process your information only as needed to deliver our services and are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.

Retention. We retain engagement records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your materials at any time by emailing us, and we will comply except where retention is required by law.

Security. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
